The Skin Club is designed to be simple, flexible and completely tailored to you and your skin goals. Your treatments are customised by one of our knowledgeable Skin Therapists and your results are regularly monitored and adjusted if needed – maintaining a consistent, results-driven approach to your skin.

Each month, your membership includes a 45-minute DermaQuest Custom Facial, carefully tailored to your skin and what it needs on the day of your appointment.

From there, your membership gives you the flexibility to refine your results and experience further through exclusive member pricing on enhancements and upgrades.

Terms and Conditions

  1. No Minimum Joining Period: You may cancel your membership at any time. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next payment is due. Payments already made will not be refunded, but you will be entitled to the treatment for any payment made.
  2. Member-Only Benefits: Only the named member is entitled to the monthly treatment and associated club benefits. These cannot be shared or gifted to anyone else.
  3. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: The Skin Club is a subscription service. The treatments included have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The value cannot be applied towards or exchanged for any other treatment except those listed in the ‘Swap’ menu.
  4. Membership Benefits Validity: Membership benefits only apply while you are an active member. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will lose that treatment and will not be entitled to a replacement or a refund for that month.
  5. Booking Responsibility: Our skin therapist will help book your next treatment at the end of each session to ensure you receive your treatment every month. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you are booked in for a treatment each month. You can book via our online booking system, email, phone, messaging, or text. If you do not book and receive a treatment within the month, the treatment will be forfeited and no replacement or refund will be provided.
